Working in collaboration with the main contractor, we supported the DC Office of Tax and Revenue’s (OTR) debut of an innovative new tax portal. As part of the communications team, we publicized original processes and introduced agency-wide change management to various audiences, through original written content for a website, social media, e-newsletters, brochures, emails and posters.
